All prices listed on our website and/ or promotional platforms are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of transportation fee, and all applicable government taxes, including but not limited to the Sales and Service Tax(SST) as mandated by Malaysian law. At O.D. Paints Sdn Bhd (“we”, “our”, “us”), our shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable delivery fees will be clearly communicated and confirmed during the checkout process. All delivery timelines are indicative and calculated based on standard order processing and courier transit durations.
For our side, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 7 working days after full order confirmation and successful receipt of payment. This timeframe may wary depending on product availability, volume of orders, and warehouse workload. Orders placed during public holidays or peak promoitional periods may require additional processing time.
Upon successful preparation of your order, we may provide photographic documentation that serves as evidence through Whatsapp or Email. This photo also serves as verification of the condition, accuracy, and completeness of the order as to what to expect at the point of handover to the designated courier.
Delivery is fulfilled either through us personally or trusted third-party logistics providers, which may include but are not limited to Ninjavan, Lalamove, J&T Express, or other suitable carriers based on your location, order size, or availability of courier. Once dispatched, a tracking number or delivery reference will be sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp by a dedicated courier. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the provided tracking information.
Risk of loss, damage, or delay, as well as legal title ot the goods, shall transfer to you at the moment the order leaves our warehouse or fulfillment facility. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control. However, it is our responsibility to make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving such issues by liaising with the logistics provider, where applicable.
We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, courier disruptions, governmental restrictions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. In cases of failed delivery due to recipient’s unavailability or inaccurate address, additional redelivery or return handling charges may apply and shall be borne solely by the customer.
